Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy from SocketEra. We have tried to write them in plain English and to promise only what we will actually do.
1. Who you are buying from
Sesplus LLC is the seller of record for every order — see Business information for our registration and contact details. These terms cover orders placed on this website for delivery within the United States. We do not currently sell to customers outside the United States, and we sell to consumers rather than for resale.
2. How an order becomes a contract
A product listing is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. Placing an order is your offer to buy it; a contract forms when we accept that offer by confirming your order by email. If we cannot accept an order — for example an item is unavailable, or a price was listed in error — we will tell you and refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are shown before sales tax. We calculate sales tax from your delivery address at checkout, and show it together with shipping before you approve payment, so the total you approve is the total you are charged. Payment is processed by Stripe using the method you choose; card details go directly to Stripe and are never held by us.
4. Delivery
We ship from the United States to US addresses, within the timeframes on our Shipping & Delivery page. If we cannot ship within the time stated when you ordered, we will contact you with a revised date and you may cancel for a full refund. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to your address — if a parcel goes missing in transit, that is ours to resolve, not yours.
5. Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return most items. The full conditions, including what qualifies and who pays return shipping, are on our Returns & Refunds page, and form part of these terms.
6. Accuracy of listings
We state dimensions, materials and specifications as accurately as we can. Printed colours can vary slightly between screens and production runs. If an item arrives materially different from its listing, treat it as faulty under section 7 rather than as a change of mind — we will cover the return.
7. If something is wrong with your order
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will replace it or refund it in full, including original and return shipping. This is in addition to any rights you have under the law of your state, which these terms do not take away.
Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Acceptable use
Our product artwork, photography and site content are our intellectual property and are not for reuse or resale. Please do not misuse the site or attempt to interfere with it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, where Sesplus LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection law of the state in which you live.
10. Getting in touch first

11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
