Our 30-day return window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on most items. This is our own policy rather than a legal requirement, and we apply it to every order shipped within the United States.
What we accept
- Items in resaleable condition — unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging where possible.
- Items you have opened and inspected are fine. Items that have been used, washed, cut or altered are not.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are always our problem, whatever the window — see below.
Who pays for return shipping
- Changed your mind: you cover the cost of sending the item back.
- We got it wrong — faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered: we cover return shipping and either replace the item or refund it in full, including the original delivery cost. Email us before sending anything back.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked the returned item, we refund it to your original payment method within 10 business days, and email you when we do. Refunds include the sales tax you paid on the returned items. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Original shipping is refunded when the return is our fault, and not when you have simply changed your mind.
Cancelling before dispatch
If your order has not shipped yet, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full — no return needed. Desk mats are made to order, so reach us quickly.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and which items you want to return, and we will reply with return instructions and the address. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us — we cannot guarantee we will find an unannounced parcel.
Sale items and proof of purchase
This policy applies to sale and discounted items on the same terms as full-price ones. We need to be able to tie the return to an order, so please include your order number; if you cannot find it, email us and we will look it up from your email address. We charge no restocking fee.
A written copy
You are entitled to a written copy of this refund policy on request. Email [email protected] and we will send you one.
