Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 July 2026
This policy explains what personal information SocketEra collects when you visit this site or place an order, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what choices you have. We collect as little as we can get away with, and we do not sell it.
1. Who we are
Sesplus LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA — see Business information for our registration details. For anything in this policy, contact [email protected] or call +1 (205) 615-2820.
2. What we collect and why
| Why | What |
|---|---|
| Processing and shipping your order | Name, delivery address, email address, order contents |
| Calculating sales tax | Your delivery state and ZIP code |
| Taking payment | Payment details, entered directly into Stripe and never held by us |
| Answering your questions | Your email address and whatever you write to us |
| Understanding how the site is used | Usage and device data, cookie identifiers — only if you accept non-essential cookies |
We do not ask for, and have no use for, sensitive personal information. We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you.
3. Who we share it with
- Stripe — processes payments. Your card details go straight to Stripe under its own privacy notice; we never see or store them.
- Resend — sends your order confirmation email on our behalf.
- Shipping carriers — receive your name and delivery address so they can deliver your order.
- Our hosting provider — stores the site and order data on our behalf.
- Analytics and advertising — none in use at this time. We load no analytics or advertising tools today. If we add one, it will run only after you accept non-essential cookies — see our Cookie Policy.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
4. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the cart and checkout, and — only if you say yes — analytics cookies. See the Cookie Policy for the full list and how to change your mind.
5. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no accepted standard for what a site should do with it, so we do not respond to it differently. We do not track you across other websites regardless of the signal, and nothing non-essential runs unless you accept it.
6. Your choices
- Cookies: decline non-essential cookies at any time via the banner, or clear them in your browser.
- Access, correction or deletion: email us and we will tell you what we hold, fix it, or delete it. We apply this to anyone who asks, wherever you live, rather than only where a statute compels it.
- Email: order confirmations are part of buying something and cannot be opted out of. We do not send marketing email; if that ever changes, every message will carry an unsubscribe link.
Deletion has one limit: we cannot delete records we are required to keep for tax purposes (see below) until that period is up.
7. How long we keep it
We keep order and payment records for as long as US federal and state tax rules require us to — generally several years after the order. Everything else we delete or anonymise once it has served the purpose it was collected for.
8. Children
This store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and payment details never touch our servers. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep what we hold to a minimum, which is the most effective protection available to a store this size.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
