Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship

We ship from our warehouse in the United States to delivery addresses in the 50 states and the District of Columbia. We do not currently ship internationally, or to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories.

Processing and delivery times

• Desk mats are made to order and ship within 2–5 business days.
• Tabletop accessories ship within 1–3 business days.
• Once shipped, delivery typically takes a further 2–5 business days. Alaska and Hawaii usually take longer. Your checkout and order confirmation show the estimate for your address.

If we cannot ship within the time stated when you ordered, we will email you, tell you the new date, and give you the choice of waiting or cancelling for a full refund. If you cancel, we refund you without you needing to ask.

Shipping costs

The exact shipping cost for your order and delivery address is always shown before you confirm payment. Sales tax is calculated at the same point, from your delivery address, so the total you approve is the total you are charged.

Tracking

We email tracking details when your order ships. If tracking has not updated for several business days, contact us and we will chase the carrier.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email [email protected] and we will look into it with the carrier.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

We ship to the address given at checkout. If it is wrong, email us as soon as possible — we can usually correct it before the order ships, but not afterwards.
